Do you have any pre-made brand identities or graphics that I can purchase?

We will be adding pre-made, customizable brand identities, business cards, label designs, social media graphics, presentations, and event invitations by March 2021. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter here to be notified when they are available.

Do you offer printing and production or marketing and PR?

We do not offer in-house printing and production or marketing and PR services (other than creating the designs and writing the copy for your campaigns), but we work with the best people to bring your projects and products to life and put them in front of the right audience.

What is your average project timeline?

Project timelines generally range from 1 to 3 months for design and copywriting.

Do you offer payment plans?

We require a 50% deposit before the project begins, with the remaining 50% due before the final files are sent to the client. We offer reduced pricing for charitable and non-profit organizations.

Are any revisions included?

We include 3 revisions in the quoted price, with additional revisions charged at a reduced fee.

Who owns the intellectual property rights?

After the final payment has been made to us, all rights are transferred to the client.

Can I schedule an in-person meeting?

Yes, Castlefield’s owner, Sophie Taylor, is available for in-person meetings. For meetings outside of Toronto, the client is responsible for transportation and lodging costs for Sophie. Meetings are not possible during the pandemic, however, unless they are virtual.
